Welcome to Regenerative Medical Academy (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing access to any of our in-person training courses, downloadable protocols, or related educational content through our website, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation in our programs and your use of this site.

1. Training & Education Disclaimer

All courses and protocols offered by Regenerative Medical Academy are strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

• They do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for proper licensure or scope of practice in your jurisdiction.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are legally authorized to perform any procedures or therapies discussed.
• We are not liable for any misuse, off-label application, or unlicensed practice by participants.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participants must be licensed healthcare professionals (MD, DO, DC, NP, PA, RN, etc.) or students/residents with proof of active enrollment in an accredited medical or health sciences program

• We reserve the right to verify credentials and may deny access to any registrant who fails to meet the professional eligibility requirements.
• No refunds will be issued if you register under false credentials.

3. Payment Terms

All course payments must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

• We accept major credit cards and third-party payment processors.
• All transactions are processed securely, and your financial information is not stored on our servers.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating and scheduling commitments with our faculty, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the training date: A $250 cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance may be refunded or applied as a credit toward future training within 12 months.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the training date: A $500 non-refundable cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance may be applied toward a future training within 12 months.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the training date or no-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
• Digital materials and protocols are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

5. Recording and Use of Materials

• Audio, video, or screen recording of any training, protocol, or educational content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Regenerative Medical Academy.
• Unauthorized recording or reproduction may result in immediate removal from the program with no refund and may be subject to legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, protocols, recordings, and intellectual property provided during the training remain the exclusive property of Regenerative Medical Academy.

• You are granted limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive rights to use these materials for your own educational and clinical reference.
• Reproduction, distribution, teaching, or rebranding of our material without express written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, business success, or patient results from application of any content provided in our courses.

• You agree that Regenerative Medical Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or misuse of the information provided.
• This includes claims of malpractice, scope violations, patient harm, or regulatory infractions.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional behavior at all times during live events. We reserve the right to remove any participant for conduct deemed disruptive, unethical, or unprofessional—without refund.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
